Most times noise, slight crunching, squeaking etc is the TOB.

37,000 exactly.
I noticed if I shutdown the car for a few hours and start it up its gone, then back the next day.
That doesn't sound like clutch problems unless Toyota does something weird :)
I've seen where the TOB /clutch squeals when hot and if you let it cool down it will stop but will start squealing again as soon as it gets hot.
Does it only happen when you press on the clutch?
How about if you are just parked with the car running and slowly press down on the clutch?
Feel any roughness in the pedal?
